30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective
- the item is damaged
- you received the wrong item
This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of:
- use
- washing
- damage not caused by us
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns for:
- sale or promotional items
- gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- with all tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
